Hired by Corcoran Management Company, Inc., to renovate the existing club house into a Club House/Fitness Center. Raised the existing roof line, expanded existing foot print by adding an addition for new fitness facility, renovated existing interior and exterior.

Complete rehabilitation of existing apartment complex clubhouse into new fitness center, locker space and pool bathrooms. Work included an addition, structural repairs, new roof and windows as well as interior fitout.
