Multi-unit Residential & Commercial Contracting and
Consulting Serving New England
The Curtis Construction Promise:
No Nonsense.
No Stress.
Genuine Success.
Everyone in real estate, it seems, has a contractor disaster story. We at Curtis Construction don’t want to be one of them. Based in Stoughton, MA, Curtis Construction is one of New England’s most trusted contractor for multifamily, non-profit and specialty projects. The firm is built on the highest degree of integrity, matched with a highly experienced team, many of whom have been with the company since its founding in 1998.
We genuinely love what we do and stick with our wide and deep expertise in affordable housing, historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects. We rejected the trend to expand nationwide, purposely staying small to offer our clients personal and detailed attention, deep expertise and a seamless, stress-free experience on the most complex projects.
Your goals become our goals — that’s our commitment and your peace of mind.

Built with Integrity
We hold ourselves to the highest standards based on honesty, reliability and trust — principles that were instilled in our Founder, John Curtis, since childhood. In every decision we make, we keep our customer’s best interest in mind, from design through construction to completion.
We listen and collaborate – with our clients and each other. We strive to exceed our clients’ every expectation. We guard their monies as our own. We tell the truth, pay on time and fulfill our promises. We do the right thing. That’s why we’ve never been in litigation and never made an insurance claim. And we sleep well at night.
Experienced long-time team you can rely on
Our employees are our most valuable asset; that’s
how we’ve forged a team unlike any other. At Curtis Construction, we have more experienced people
that have been working together longer than many other construction companies have been in
existence. (Our very first employee is still here, 22
years later!) Hyperfocused on your project goals,
our team is always ready and excited for a new
challenge.
