The Residences at Winter Valley II Apartments is now underway. Curtis is constructing a new three-story 36 unit building to meet Passive House standards for Phius Certification. As such,  the completed building will have continuous super-insulation, airtight construction, thermal bridge-free design, high-performance windows/doors, and energy recovery ventilation.
