Three city-owned lots consisting of 14,000 square feet of junk and abandoned cars needed to be cleared to make way for a new mixed use, 3-story, 12-unit apartment building with first floor retail space. The city awarded the mixed-use development project to The Waldwin Group and the Timothy Burke Architecture design included a roof top deck and fitness center. Located on a busy through-fare in the city, the site has abutters on three sides.
