John Curtis

President & Founder

Curtis has 35 years of experience in the construction industry and founded Curtis Construction Company, Inc. in 1998. Through his steady hands-on management, the firm has developed an exceptional reputation for performance, reliability and integrity as well as a solid financial foundation.


Louis C. Bryant

Chief Estimator

Bryant has over 35 years of experience as a construction estimator having worked for a diverse list of construction firms. His expertise includes subcontractor outreach, quantity takeoff, scope development and bid analysis. He is a strong communicator that can convey complex bid information in plain talk.


Dan Daly


Daly has over 30 years of field experience on construction jobsites and possesses a deep knowledge of older buildings and tight urban sites. He is a natural mentor to newer members of the construction trades and exhibits a willingness to demonstrate the best ways to accomplish a task in the field.


Phil Fantoni

Project Manager

Fantoni has served as a project manager and construction supervisor for the past 30 years, the last 23 with Curtis Construction Company, Inc.. His experience includes both new construction and substantial rehab of wood frame, CMU and plank and structural steel multi-unit residential and commercial projects.


Tiffany Amaral

Project Administrator

Lanoue has experience in the construction industry as a project administrator and construction photographer. She has successfully managed the processing of substantial documentation accurately under tight time constraints.


Eddie Iodice


Iodice has 15 years of construction experience having worked on large occupied residential rehabs, single-family homes as well as large country clubs. He has the skills and temperament to handle the most challenging occupied residential rehabs while maintaining positive lines of communication with the owner, property manager, tenants and our subcontractors


Kelly Meehan

Office & Accounting Manager

Meehan has been overseeing all financial reporting at Curtis Construction for the past twelve years. In addition she serves as the company’s primary liaison with the lenders on matters such as MBE/WBE/Section 3 requirements, minority workers, minority hours, job fairs, city living wages, Certified Payrolls, CORI Checks etc.


Richard Murphy

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Murphy has 30 years of successful project management experience, meeting Owner’s needs in all aspects of building construction, real estate development and engineering design and implementation. Prior to recent experience directly managing new construction and rehab projects with Curtis Construction Company, Inc., Mr. Murphy spent more than 25 years bringing apartment projects of all scales (both market-rate and mixed-income) to fruition for owner/developers with John M Corcoran & Company and Joseph R. Mullins Company. Examples include demolition of half a city block on a dense urban site in South Boston in a neighborhood with a very active neighborhood group to create a 139-unit, transit based apartment community and the transformation of a blighted brownfields site in Chelsea to a 239-unit LEED-silver apartment community.
