Curtis begins site work for new mixed use development

The 14,000-square foot lot required extensive urban fill removal before the lot could be cleared to make way for the new four-story building and parking lot. The project is located in a very busy part of the city and requires close coordination with all subcontractors for worker safety, site and traffic logistics.
